TV psychic Sally Morgan having facelift and lipo after 16 stone weight loss

TV psychic Sally Morgan said she is having a facelift and liposuction after her sensational 16 stone weight loss.

The star, who weighed 27 stone at her heaviest, had a gastric bypass op in 2009, and has been left with excess skin after losing so much weight.

Sally said she was forced into taking action after having “a little heart attack” and was told by doctors she would die if she didn’t start shedding the pounds.

Now, she’s lost almost half her body weight, and wants to have further surgery to give her confidence, as she’s spent years covering up her baggy skin because she feels too self conscious.

“My neck is just skin. It doesn't look good and it doesn't feel good,” she told Closer.

The former Celebrity Big Brother star said she had more confidence when she was bigger, and hopes the operation - which will include lipo on her hips and a facelift - will give her a spark back.

“When I was a bigger woman, I still felt sexy, my husband never rejected me and he always loved me. We had our very passionate moments, wink wink!” she laughed.

Sally said the procedures will be the last time she goes under the knife, and the star is hoping to get her life back on track after the devastating loss of her husband John in September last year.

The 74-year-old passed away after contracting Covid, and Sally was heartbroken over the loss of her husband of 48 years.

She previously said she lost weight so she could see her family - including her grandchildren - grow up, after being given a stark warning by her doctors.

“People loved me when I was big. So much so that people would come to the show and go 'oh you’re not the same'. And I am exactly the same,” she shared.

“I always say to them 'but I’m alive. I’ve got grandchildren and I want to see them grow up, go to university and hopefully have babies’,” Sally added.

“Which I wouldn’t have done had I remained 27 stone. That cardiologist saved my life.”
