TV presenter shares first picture of reattached arm after it was ripped off by bus

A TV presenter has showed off her reattached arm - just weeks after it was ripped off by a bus while she was on her way to work.

Dea Djurdjevic lost the limb in an accident, which involved three cars and two buses, in the Serbian capital Belgrade in February.

The 27-year-old reportedly got out of her vehicle to inspect the damage of a minor collision and was hit by a bus that had careered off the icy road onto the pavement to avoid hitting the two cars.

Another bus then crashed into the first bus and Djurdjevic also suffered a broken hip in the horror smash, according to reports.

The TV presenter, who is in relationship with journalist Mladen Mijatovic, was hospitalised and underwent surgery for over five hours with doctors successfully reattaching her arm.

The 27-year-old has shared a photo of her arm in a sling from her hospital room for her Instagram followers.

She is seen posing with the CEO of Pink Media Group, 51-year-old Zeljko Mitrovic, who recently visited her in hospital.

She accompanied the snap with the caption: "We are the strongest!"

Meanwhile, Mitrovic said on social media that Djurdjevic is getting better every day and will soon return to work.

Djurdjevic thanked the hospital staff for their professional care, commenting: "Thanks for making a very difficult period much easier and for being so friendly and caring."

Netizen 'MilenaDjurasi' commented: "You are a hero. I love you sweetheart!"

'Mikajilo' said: "I wish you a speedy recovery."

It is unclear whether the accident in February is still under investigation.
