TV presenter Dave Clark makes offer to Leeds United after knee op

TV presenter Dave Clark has offered his services to Leeds United after going under the knife.

The Leeds fan, who presents Sky Sports' boxing and darts coverage, made the tongue-in-cheek offer on Twitter on Friday, June 14, after undergoing a partial knee replacement procedure.

He tweeted: "In hospital after getting a partial knee replacement.

"My #Parkinsons limp, walking coast to coast and years of 5-a-side football have worn the old one out. LUFC if you need a big lad up front next season, I’m your man!! #ClarkysBionicKnee #SnifferClark #LimpingOnTogether."

The likes of Stoke City midfielder Charlie Adam and former Darts World Champion Keith Deller responded by wishing the experienced presenter a speedy recovery.

Last year, Clark revealed his favourite Leeds United memory is of John Sheridan's goal in the 1987 play-off final against Charlton.
