TV on DVD: 'The Vietnam War'

THE VIETNAM WAR: First-person stories of southeast Asian battle come from Americans and Asians of all sides in this movingly personal portrait of divisive '60s and '70s politics, scarring us still today. Yet another enlightening docuseries by historians Ken Burns and Lynn Novick, it's already available to keep and consider, while PBS' debut run continues through Sept. 28. Extras include 40-minute making-of, deleted segments. List price $100 DVD/$130 Blu-ray for 10 discs, out from PBS.
