'THE LOOMING TOWER.' Pulitzer Prize-winning investigative writer Lawrence Wright and documentarian Alex Gibney dramatize the fateful '90s CIA-FBI rivalry that led to missing signals of al-Qaida activity soon to tragically coalesce on 9/11.
