'I'M DYING UP HERE.' Standup's big 1970s explosion in L.A. comedy clubs gets fictionalized in Showtime's hour drama, based on William Knoedelseder's historical book. As Melissa Leo's club owner preps 'em for the big break of Johnny Carson's "Tonight Show," damaged young wannabes played by today's up-and-comers (RJ Cyler, Jake Lacy, Michael Angarano, Clark Duke) sweat and swear and die up there. It's executive produced by Jim Carrey, so you'd hope for some cool inside extras _ but nope, none at all. List price $40 DVD, out this week from Showtime.
'JURASSIC PARK 25TH ANNIVERSARY COLLECTION.' Sure, the original '90s flicks run on Syfy this week in the buildup to June 22's new "Fallen Kingdom." But you can watch all four here in glorious 4K ultra-HD (with existing extras on Blu-ray); $80 for 8 discs in 4K UHD+digital, Universal.
