TV chef James Martin made a special visit to speak to patients at NI Hospice.
The popular TV personality spent time with patients, families and staff at the Somerton Road site on Tuesday.
One patient he stopped to chat to was Martin Bell, an avid James Martin fan, who said: “James, you’ve made my day”.

Taking to Twitter himself after the visit, James said: "Just taken the afternoon off to visit the amazing work, patients and people who are in this hospice."

Heather Weir, Chief Executive Officer at Northern Ireland Hospice, said: "We’re absolutely delighted that James Martin took time out of his busy schedule to visit, patients, staff and families here at Northern Ireland Hospice.
"It was incredibly uplifting for all the patients and it really made their day."
