'Turned him into superman' - Chelsea fans praise Frank Lampard after Kepa heroics vs Liverpool

Chelsea are in FA Cup action as they take on Liverpool in the fifth round of the competition at Stamford Bridge.

The Blues go into the tie off the back of a 2-2 Premier League draw with AFC Bournemouth while Liverpool will be looking to bounce back from their first league defeat of the season against Watford.

The Reds suffered the shock 3-0 defeat at Vicarage Road on Saturday, but still have a massive lead over second placed Manchester City in the table.

Chelsea will be looking to hand Liverpool their third defeat in four in all competitions by knocking them out of the tournament and make it through to the quarter-final.

FA Cup Preview: Chelsea v Liverpool

Goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga has been drafted back into the starting lineup for Chelsea after losing his place in the Premier League team.

Things started well for the Blues, with Willian giving them the lead when he found a way past Reds' reserve goalkeeper Adrian in the 13th minute.

Just a few minutes later Kepa proved his worth with a brilliant treble save to maintain the Blues' lead in the game.

And the saves caused Chelsea fans to take to social media to give their reaction and heap praise on Lampard for his decision.

The Spaniard has been left on the bench for the last four Premier League games after losing his place for the 2-2 draw against Leicester, with Willy Caballero being the preferred choice.

His last game was in the 2-2 draw against Arsenal at Stamford Bridge back in January.

Chelsea are next in Premier League action against Everton at Stamford Bridge, and Kepa will be hoping to prove a point in the second half against Liverpool in order to win his place back for that game.
