Turkish club to move for Cardiff City star Bruno Manga 'in the coming days' - reports

Turkish side Trabzonspor have reportedly identified Bruno Manga as one of their top transfer targets this summer.

According to Fanatik , the club are in the market for a centre-back and could make a move in the next few days.

Trabzonspor finished fourth in the Turkish Super Lig last season and would surely feel confident in landing the 30-year old given that they can offer European football.

Manga was one of Cardiff City 's strongest performers in the Premier League last season, and may well be one of the players who attracts interest this summer.

Goalkeeper and team-mate Neil Etheridge is already attracting admiring glances from the Premier League, with Aston Villa expected to go back with a second offer after seeing their opening gambit of £8m rebuffed.

Cardiff are believed to be keen on securing a much more sizeable sum for the Filipino, although owner Vincent Tan is understood to be keen on keeping Etheridge at the club.

Given his impressive performances in the Premier League it's likely Cardiff will take a similar view on Manga, who despite reports in other media outlets is not out of contract this summer.

It's understood Cardiff had the option of triggering a one-year extension on the Gabonese international's previous deal, although boss Neil Warnock admitted he was keen to tie the centre-back down on a longer-term deal.

Nevertheless, Manga is likely to be a man in high demand this summer.
