Turkey's Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu is demanding both Iran and Russia fulfil their responsibilities as guarantors of ceasefires in Syria.
His comments follow the latest attacks by Syrian government forces and their two main allies on Idlib province - the largest area still controlled by opposition fighters.
