Turkey Dinosaurs sold in Iceland are recalled as they may contain metal pieces

Supermarket chain Iceland has pulled batches of Turkey Dinosaurs from their shelves amid fears they may contain small pieces of metal.

Shoppers are being warned not to eat the turkey nuggets following a recall by manufacturers Bernard Matthews.

The affected batches are all 450g with a best before date of either 16 or 30 November 2020.

They are coded either L19QGG3, L19QGG4, L19QHG3 or L19QHG4.

They can be returned in store without a receipt for a full refund.

A recall notice on the Food Standards Agency (FSA) says: "If you have bought the above product, do not eat it. Instead, return it to the store from where it was bought for a full refund."

If you need more information, or you are worried, you can contact the FSA customer care team on 020 7276 8448 (England), 029 2067 8961 (Wales) or 028 9041 7700 (Northern Ireland).
