
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan says he hopes the northern Syrian town of Afrin will be totally encircled by the end of the day.
The fighting between Turkey-backed Free Syrian Army (FSA) rebels and Kurdish fighters has displaced thousands of people and for those left, water supplies have been cut, as well as internet access.
