Tullycarnet stabbing: Large police presence at scene in East Belfast

Emergency services are at the scene of a suspected stabbing in East Belfast.

It happened at flats on King's Road in Tullycarnet.

The circumstances of the incident are not yet clear however it is understood that a man in his 40s or 50s was involved in the incident.

There is a large police presence in the area and the flats have been cordoned off.

Police have not released an official statement.
