Tulisa ‘credited as songwriter on new Lady Gaga tracks’

Tulisa has reportedly been credited as a songwriter on two of Lady Gaga’s comeback tracks.

Gaga, 33, is thought to be preparing to return to music after the success of her 2018 film A Star Is Born, which earned her an Oscar nomination for Best Actress and a win for Best Original Song.

Fans on Twitter have now spotted that Tulisa’s full name Tula Contostavlos appears on a list of contributors on two new tracks registered as written with Gaga.

The details of the new songs, titled Chances and Feels So Good, appear in the GEMA music database. GEMA is an organisation dedicated to helping songwriters, composers and music publishers obtain royalties.

A source confirmed to Standard Online that the former N Dubz star, 31, has worked on two tracks for consideration on Gaga’s next album.

It is not yet clear whether the songs will make it onto the finished record.

Standard Online contacted the singer's representatives for comment.

Tulisa previously performed with cousin Dappy (real name Costadinos Contostavlos) and Fazer (real name Richard Rawson) as N Dubz until 2011.

She then appeared as a judge on The X Factor, winning her first season of the show with her act Little Mix before mentoring female solo acts like Ella Henderson and Lucy Spraggan in 2012.

She also released a solo album, The Female Boss, in 2012. After an extended hiatus from music, she unveiled comeback single Daddy in April 2019, which she followed up with Sippin’ several months later.

Gaga’s upcoming album will be her sixth studio album to date, following 2016’s Joanne.

She previously sparked speculation back in October when she joked on Twitter that she would be “calling [her] next album ADELE.”
