Tulisa has put her changing looks over the years down to a secret medical condition.
Little Mix's former mentor, 31, appeared on Monday's Loose Women to talk openly about her condition which she said has completely altered her face.
The singer was first recognisable for her blonde locks and pretty blue eyes while she rose to fame as part of N Dubz in 2009.
During her high-flying showbiz career, Tulisa has mastered a number of different looks including hairstyles and she's even had fillers.
Now she has returned to the limelight with a completely transformed look.

The former X Factor judge has blamed her different appearance on medical condition bell's palsy which has left her house-bound.
Bell's palsy can cause facial paralysis which means someone cannot control their facial muscles on the affected side.
Tulisa explained the bell's palsy was brought on after she fractured her skull during a serious horse riding accident.

She said: "The first attack I had was after a serious horse riding accident. I fractured my skull here [gesturing to her head] and caused a lot of nerve damage.
"Bell's palsy causes facial paralysis and swelling. Times when people have criticised the way I look, not knowing I'm going through an attack."
The singer recalled an ITV appearance where someone said it looked like she had a stroke after she suffered from facial paralysis.

She added: "I was hiding in my house."
Previously, Tulisa admitted to having altered her looks with fillers which have enhanced her looks.
In 2013, she appeared in court with noticeably puffy lips which she later confessed was a reaction to filler.
According to The Daily Record , she said: "Yes, I’ve had my lips done, and I’m happy with my lips. And I also had a tiny bit of filler in my cheeks.
"Pictures of me where my face swelling, I had water retention – where you have filler your face draws up loads of water. So my face began to swell like a balloon."
