TUI has unveiled its winter 2023 sailing schedule - with one ship dedicated to providing a dedicated festive voyage. Due to the increased popularity of its Mistletoe & Rhine trip, newest vessel TUI Isla will only operate this itinerary, with an additional sailing to allow for the high demand.
In total, the river cruise line will be operating eight festive itineraries from five-night Christmas Market sailings to seven-night Christmas Day and New Year’s sailings, allowing TUI cruisers to get right into the festive spirit whilst enjoying some famous landmarks along the way.
TUI Maya is offering a range of five-night itineraries including Winter Wonderlands, Festive Flavours and Christmastime on the Rhine, which will call at some of Europe’s biggest Christmas markets in destinations such as, Frankfurt, Cologne and Strasbourg. For cruisers wanting to celebrate Christmas onboard, the Festive Fairytale and Rhine Christmas Charms itineraries will bring the magic to life.
Customers can expect decorated venues, a drinks reception on Christmas Eve, a traditional Christmas dinner and festive entertainment. New Year Rhine Celebration and A Rhineland New Year are also perfect itineraries for those wanting to welcome in the New Year in style.
For the first time since the river cruise line launched, TUI River Cruises will include TUI flights as part of the package, so customers will have the popular TUI service from start to finish for the winter season. The TUI Airways flights will be available from Manchester and London Gatwick airports and customers will receive a 23kg luggage allowance on all flights.
