New UK travel rules are in place due to the Omicron variant of coronavirus, which includes everyone returning to the UK from abroad needing to take a PCR test on day two.
You'll need to book this before you travel, and pay for the test yourself, so a number of holiday firms and airlines including TUI, easyJet, Ryanair, British Airways and Jet2 have already teamed up with Covid test brands to offer discounts for their passengers.
As reported by our sister site the Manchester Evening News, there are plenty of travel firms offering discounts for passengers who need to buy the PCR tests for day two (and day eight for unvaccinated/partially vaccinated travellers).
These are what some of the biggest brands are offering below.
Jet2
Jet2 recommends several suppliers for day two PCR tests with discount codes available. Prices start from £43 for an at home test provided by Randox. A PCR test provided by Excalibur also comes in under £50, at £45.50.

Thomas Cook
Thomas Cook has partnered with Randox to offer discounted home test kits, to £43 per test. When you book your Thomas Cook holiday you'll receive the promo code as part of your booking confirmation. Kits take around 4-6 working days to arrive.

British Airways
British Airways have partnered up with several firms offering day two PCR tests with discount codes, with prices from £34.99 per person.

Virgin Atlantic
Virgin Atlantic has teamed up with a number of partners to offer discounts for customers, including prices from £55 with up to 20% off with the deal.
The airline has teamed up on home testing kits with Project Screen from £55, and airport testing with Collinson from £55.20, and ExpressTest from £66.

easyJet
EasyJet passengers can get discounted Randox tests from £43 for an at home test, or £30 if you go to a test centre. There are also tests at home from £55.20 with Collinson.

Ryanair
Customers with Ryanair can purchase a Randox PCR test from £43, using a Ryanair specific discount code. There are also lateral flow tests from £21.50 per person if you want to use these for your pre-departure test.

TUI
For package holiday customers, TUI have partnered up with Chronomics, with PCR home test kits starting from £35 per person; Screen4 at £50 per person and Randox where home test kits cost £34.99 per person click and collect.
TUI has also partnered with the brands to offer Fit to Fly antigen tests including Chronomics from £15pp, Klarity from £17.95pp , Screen4 from £18pp, Randox from £18.95p with click and collect, or £21.50pp with home delivery.
If you've booked flights only or a hotel stay only with TUI, you can get a day two PCR test from £52.24. There are also packages for vaccinated passengers from £61.74 which includes your pre-departure test, and PCR test for day two.
