TUI has issued an important customer update ahead of Morocco’s ban on UK flights coming into force.
The operator has cancelled all flights to Marrakech and Agadir up to and including October 31, as the ban begins at 11.59pm on Wednesday.
Morocco is stopping flights to and from the UK due to rising number of coronavirus cases; the North African nation’s weekly rate on October 14 stood at 10.4 cases per 100,000 people, while the rate in the UK is at 445.5 per 100,000 people.
Affected customers will be contacted by TUI on what steps to take next, which includes the option of a full refund.
