A planned 48-hour Tube strike planned for this weekend has been called off by the Rail, Maritime and Transport (RMT) union.
RMT members were due to walk out at 9pm on Saturday, 6 February, over the closure of ticket offices and changes to work rosters under the "Fit for the Future" scheme.
The union said: "We have been able to make significant progress in the talks this week which has enabled us to now suspend all industrial action in the station staffing dispute."
In a separate dispute over track safety concerns, London Underground maintenance staff are planning 24-hours of industrial action from 6.30am on 12 February, with seven further strikes planned until June.
RMT said the strikes involve 1,500 members of its staff, who are concerned about "basic safety issues".
