TSB mobile banking users report issues with app and online services

Customers who rely on TSB Bank's smartphone app and online banking services have been left unable to login and check their balance or transfer money.

The outage has left TSB apps not working nationwide with online banking users also faced with an error message whenever they try to login to check their balance, make payments, transfer money or check statements.

TSB has yet to confirm the problem, but independent website DownDetector, reveals close to 1,000 TSB customers complaining about network troubles every minute in the UK, reports the Express.

Problems seems to have commenced around midday, and quickly spread nationwide.

One of the biggest issues highlighted by social media users who have been left unable to access their balance.

On its service page for Mobile Banking TSB states: "Make sure you’ve downloaded the latest version of the app. If you’re still having trouble logging in, please visit  tsb.co.uk/online-support.

"You’ll find ways to get back online and a form to complete so we can get you up and running again."

But clients weren't happy and bombarded social media with complaints.

However, a message later admitted there was a problem with internet banking and promised clients it would restore services as soon as possible.
