2. Release the Biden

An appearance by vice-president Joe Biden with Clinton in Biden’s hometown of Scranton, Pennsylvania, was announced for next week. Democratic presidential candidates have won the state since 1992, a streak Clinton would extend.

3. Christie said to be vetted

New Jersey governor Chris Christie, who has reportedly picked up McDonald’s for Trump, is now reportedly being vetted as a potential running mate. Christie’s home-state favorability was last measured at 26%.

4. Naked guy screams head off about Trump

A naked guy in Times Square in Manhattan climbed atop a 16-foot-tall structure and did the chicken dance and screamed: “Donald Trump where are you?!” It was rated the least bizarre episode of the election cycle.

5. Bill Clinton meets Loretta Lynch

Clinton reportedly ambled across a Phoenix tarmac on Monday to say hi to the attorney general, who just happened to be there, and whose justice department is investigating both Clinton’s wife and his foundation. She said they talked about his grandkids.
