- Speaking to Fox News on Sunday, Trump confirmed that King Charles's visit to Washington, D.C. is still planned, despite the White House Correspondents’ Dinner shooting incident.
- In the interview, Trump also praised King Charles as a “great guy” and “fantastic person,” noting his bravery in dealing with health issues.
- The Buckingham Palace spokesperson stated earlier that King Charles is being kept informed and is relieved that Trump and the first lady were unharmed.
