On Sunday, she tweeted out an article from the Bradenton Herald about Trump’s recent campaign-style rally in Sarasota, Florida.
In her tweet, she pulls a quote from the article about the “record” crowd numbers at the event. It read: “Saturday’s Save America Rally in Sarasota attracted a record crowd to the Sarasota Fairgrounds, organizers said.”

But, while trying to get positive press for the rally, Harrington completely misses the part in the article that also disputes Trump’s 2020 election fraud claims.
Clearly, from Harrington’s tweet, the sub headline of the story can be seen which reads: “There has been no evidence of widespread voter fraud that would have affected the outcome of the election.”
In the article, in further detail, it adds: “Though there has never been any substantial evidence of voter fraud that would have overturned Trump’s 2020 defeat as Trump has claimed, supporters in the crowd maintained that ‘Trump won’.”
People on Twitter are mocking Harrington for her first apparent faux pas on the job.
As usual, Donnie only hires the "best people". Here is one of his spokespersons linking to an article that calls him out on his Big Lie about the 2020 election.

Harrington is a former spokesperson for the Republican National Committee, and replaced Jason Miller as Trump’s spokesperson in June.
Harrington described the position as “an honour of a lifetime to represent President Trump and stand for truth.”

At the rally on Saturday, the former president slammed New York prosecutors for bringing charges against his namesake company, The Trump Organization and its chief financial officer, Allen Weisselberg.
“It’s really called prosecutorial misconduct. It’s a terrible, terrible thing,” Trump told the crowd.
He added: “They’ve mobilized every power of government to come after me, my family, my wonderful employees and my company solely because of politics,” Reuters reported.
The Trump Organization and Weisselberg pleaded not guilty to the charges brought against them on Thursday.
