Former President Donald Trump has outlined his plans to utilize the Department of Justice to target critics and former allies. In various speeches and videos, Trump expressed his intention to overhaul the current justice system by removing what he referred to as 'radical Marxist prosecutors' whom he believes are detrimental to the country.
Trump's statements included a pledge to appoint a special prosecutor to investigate President Joe Biden and the 'entire Biden crime family,' whom he labeled as the 'most corrupt president in the history of the United States.' Additionally, he vowed to combat the 'Deep State' and reinstate an executive order from 2020 aimed at removing 'rogue' bureaucrats.

Furthermore, Trump highlighted his concerns regarding the relationship between technology platforms and the government. He proposed implementing a seven-year cooling-off period for employees transitioning from agencies like the FBI or CIA to tech companies that handle extensive user data.
In his campaign releases, Trump also emphasized his plans to address online censorship. He promised to task the Justice Department with investigating censorship on the internet, prohibit federal agencies from engaging in censorship practices, and withhold federal funding from universities involved in activities supporting censorship.
