Trump gets a bipartisan standing ovation for praising record number of women in Congress

President Donald Trump used a portion of his State of the Union address Tuesday night to laud the record number of women serving in Congress, drawing a rare bipartisan standing ovation in the House chamber.

Trump receives cheers and standing ovations from a bipartisan group of female lawmakers wearing white as he touts the number of women in the workforce and more women serving in Congress than ever before.
