Trump could have to hand over personal text messages in $10bn BBC lawsuit

  • The BBC is requesting messages between Trump and his advisers from the hours before the Capitol storming, as well as evidence from a report concluding he caused the violence.
  • A federal judge in Florida recently ruled that Trump must provide detailed information about his companies' finances in response to a motion filed by the BBC.
