Trump claims major city politicians want him to send in troops after DC takeover

Los Angeles Donald Trump Gavin Newsom

Donald Trump claimed that politicians from Los Angeles, New York City, and Chicago are requesting him to deploy National Guard troops to their cities.
He stated that Washington DC, where troops were deployed last week, is now "very safe" and he is considering which city to tackle next.
Trump asserted that the 2028 Olympics in Los Angeles would not be taking place if he had not sent troops to California last month.
He criticised Governor Gavin Newsom, claiming Newsom "runs so badly" the state of California.
