President Donald Trump has landed in Vietnam for a summit with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un _ the pair's second such meeting.
The summit will address North Korea's nuclear weapons, with Trump expected to offer relief from sanctions hitting North Korea in exchange for Kim giving up his nuclear weapons.
The two will have a private dinner Wednesday evening and discussions on Thursday. Both leaders met back in June for their first historic meeting in Singapore.
Trump left Washington Monday afternoon on Air Force One and arrived in Hanoi at 8:45 p.m. local time Tuesday. Kim arrived earlier by train through southern China to the Vietnam border and then to Hanoi in an armored limo.
