1. 'Reserve my right to contest’
Donald Trump said “of course I would accept a clear election result, but I would reserve my right to contest or file a legal challenge, in the case of a questionable result.” Many models have him losing by 100+ electoral votes.
'If I win'
I would like to promise and pledge to all of my voters and supporters, and all the people of the United States, that I will totally accept the results of this great and historic presidential election – if I win.

2. Obama: ‘Not a joking matter’
That is not a joking matter. That is dangerous. Because when you try to sow the seeds of doubt in people’s minds about the legitimacy of our elections, that undermines our democracy. Then you’re doing the work of our adversaries for them.
– Barack Obama
3. Tenth Trump accuser steps forward
A 10th woman in two weeks stepped forward to accuse Trump of sexual misconduct. Karena Virginia, a yoga instructor represented by Gloria Allred, said Trump fondled her at the 1998 US Open.

4. ‘Give me a break’
Discredited political operative Gloria Allred, in another coordinated, publicity seeking attack with the Clinton campaign, will stop at nothing to smear Mr Trump. Give me a break. Voters are tired of these circus-like antics and reject these fictional stories and the clear efforts to benefit Hillary Clinton.
– Jessica Ditto, Trump deputy communications director
5. Clinton most dominant debater – report
A FiveThirtyEight analysis of post-debate polling found that Hillary Clinton, in her three outings in 2016, was the most dominant presidential debater to date. Obama came second and Bill Clinton was third.
Summary
Alright. Seriously the debate last night was amazing, everybody said I won.
– Trump, again, in Ohio
6. Clinton's long road to a TPP 'no'
Emails released by WikiLeaks appeared to reveal an internal Clinton debate from 2015 over whether she could ditch her support for the TPP trade agreement. “TPP would be lethal with labor,” her campaign manager warned. She ditched it.
7. Trump walks out on interview
Trump walked out on a local NBC News interviewer in Ohio when she said: “You’ve been called a racist, a sexist … How do you respond to that?” Trump: “I am the least racist person you have ever met.” Bye.
