Authorities released the name of a 62-year-old man who was killed by a hit-and-run driver last Thursday in suburban Lake Forest.
Stephen Kennedy of Lake Forest died from being struck by a vehicle about 10:45 p.m. Nov. 12 in the 500 block of Mayflower Road, near Rosemary, according to a statement from the Lake County coroner’s office.
A white two-door Ford F150 struck the man and kept going south on Mayflower, police have said. The truck is missing a passenger-side mirror.
