The hot-mic comment Monday went viral as both Joe Buck and Troy Aikman in the FOX booth were caught live chatting up the concept of a flyover at what amounted to an empty stadium in Buffalo.

A day later, the Hall of Fame quarterback felt the need to respond to the heat that was, um, fueled by his comments.
I love a flyover but It was odd to see one over a mostly empty stadium but I am an unwavering patriot that loves this country, has always respected our flag, supported the men and women in the armed forces as well as those in uniform who serve & protect and for anyone to suggest

Maybe FOX can get Aikman a seat on one of the planes for a flyover before an upcoming game. Or, a college one since he will likely be too busy on his NFL days.
