(Reuters) - Tropical Depression Thirteen has strengthened into Storm Lorenzo over the Atlantic and is expected to become a hurricane by Wednesday, the National Hurricane Center (NHC) said on Monday.
Lorenzo is about 255 miles (410km) south of the southernmost of Cabo Verde Islands, packing maximum sustained winds of 40 miles per hour, the Miami-based weather forecaster said.
