Tropical Storm Dolly forms over North Atlantic: U.S. NHC

Tropical Storm Dolly formed over the North Atlantic on Tuesday, the U.S. National Hurricane Center (NHC) said.

It was located about 370 miles (595 km) south-south east of Halifax, Nova Scotia, with maximum sustained winds of 45 miles per hour (75 kph), the Miami-based weather forecaster added.
