(Reuters) - Tropical Depression Fifteen has formed over the east Atlantic and the system is expected to become a tropical storm by Tuesday night, the U.S. National Hurricane Center (NHC) said in an advisory.
The tropical depression is located about 475 miles (760 km) southwest of the southernmost Cape Verde Islands, packing maximum sustained winds of 35 miles per hour (55 km/h), the NHC said.
