TRNSMT 2021: What to expect in the exclusive VIP area of the festival

The second day of TRNSMT is here as another 50,000 revellers walk through festival gates to enjoy music from the likes of Nathan Evans, Becky Hill, KSI and Liam Gallagher.

After yesterday's successful first day, fans will be descending on to Glasgow Green again and whilst hanging around with friends can be a great way to unwind after the past year, what better way to enjoy TRNSMT than in their exclusive VIP Area?

On their website, they state that their VIP Area is where people can go to enjoy their "chill-out zone away from the main festival arena."

So if you want to get a good view away from the rain (because no umbrellas are allowed) the VIP tickets may be the better choice - although we're pretty jealous of the view one lucky Glasgow woman has from her home looking right at the stage.

So whilst it all sounds pretty cool, we wanted to know what exactly was the VIP section and what people can expect when they go.

How much do TRNSMT VIP tickets cost?

One Day Pass : Any one day out of the three days available will cost you £115.00.
Two Day Pass: For any two days, VIP tickets will cost £220.
Weekend: For access to the VIP section across all three days, this will cost festival-goers £275.

What's included in TRNSMT's VIP tickets? It seems as if the VIP section would be suited to anyone who is after a relaxing experience, seats and food that can be adapted to your dietary requirements - and who doesn't want that? They also have a new entrance for VIPs which can be seen on their map below.

The music festival organisers have said that by buying their VIP passes, individuals will have access to the following:

- A glass of bubbly on arrival, each day
- A new dedicated VIP entrance
- Access to an exclusive chill-out zone away from the main festival arena
- VIP Bar and food area - catering to all dietary requirements
- Seated area
- Upgraded flushing toilets

What does the VIP section at TRNSMT look like?

TRNSMT have uploaded a sneak peak of what revellers can expect when they head to the music festival this weekend - from food stalls, including Loop and Scoop, to a great view of area filled with comfy seats, it's got it all. Let's hope it's just as sunny this weekend as it is in the video!

Have you been, or are you going, to TRNSMT's VIP section? If so let us now - we'd love to see your pics!
