The basketball player has had a string of cheating allegations levelled against him in recent months.
Sydney Chase claimed that he got with her while he was involved with Khloe - an allegation the 30-year-old has denied.
That's not all, but the damaging stories have clearly not put Tristan off trying to re-connect with the star.
He has said he is "confident" he’ll win ex Khloe around, a recent report stated.
The Boston Celtics hero is already trying to get down to work on social media, fans have spotted.
They don't miss a trick and when Tristan crept his way into her Instagram comments, they reacted in a predictable manner.
On Wednesday she posted a throwback photo of herself wearing a see-through blue dress in front of a stunning perfect ocean.
She captioned the snap: “Day dreaming of being here."
Many, of course, had good things to say about the holiday upload - and Tristan saw his chance.
Commenting with three heart-eyed emojis, it riled fans up.
Nearly 1,000 responded to his reply - and not many of them were too complimentary.
One said: "She needs to block you all together. Only thing needed is a phone and email for co-parenting.”
Another ranted: “How many other women do you give heart eyes too..dude, you screwed up…you lost something good!!! A good women that stands by your side is not easy to find.. I guess it takes longer for some to grow up!!”
A simply third put: "Get the message!" while another one bluntly said: "PATHETIC".
Despite the furore, a source has told Heat that the sports star is planning a “grand gesture” to win the Good American founder, 37, back and is sure it’ll work.
The insider said: "She's kicked Tristan out and ditched her engagement ring, but he says it won't last. He says that Khloe will never leave him as they've got too much history.
"Last time, she dumped him, he sent flowers and spent loads of money on jewellery, spa days and getaways for her and True.
"She's a sucker for grand gestures, and it worked a treat."
While Khloe has not confirmed their relationship is over, she didn’t post any tributes to Tristan on Father’s Day and instead shared a quote on Instagram that read: “I hold blessing for everyone, but especially for the ones who wanted nothing more that to see my light turn dark.”
But another source says the couple are reportedly finished "for good" after the latest cheating scandal.
