A young woman who died after falling from a motorway bridge has been described as "an angel too perfect for this earth."
Jessica Duckworth, 23, died in the early hours of Sunday morning, after being found by emergency services near the Scammonden Bridge over the M62.
Jessica, who is understood to have worked for the NHS, was from Padiham near Burnley, but was living in West Yorkshire at the time of her death - reports the Huddersfield Examiner.
One friend wrote on Facebook: "Absolutely devastated and heartbroken to be writing this but we have lost an angel that was too perfect for this earth, Jessica Duckworth.
"Thank you for the years of memories laughter and friendship."

Another added: "I’m stuck for words. Everybody is heartbroken including myself. Jessica was beautiful inside and out and always carried a huge smile with her.
"Rest in peace you beautiful girl. Please, if anyone else is struggling, speak to somebody."
Another friend wrote: "Can’t believe the news that the world has lost someone as bright was you.
"You lit up every room you walked in and made everybody laugh and I learnt that in just a few hours.
"You will be such a huge loss to the lives of your family and friends."
Another friend added: "In total shock. Rest in peace beautiful Jessica Duckworth. It was always a laugh with you around. Taken too soon."
Another person said: "What a beautiful, hilarious young woman. Only met you a couple of times but you made such a huge impression on me. What a lovely girl."
Police have appealed for witnesses to come forward and anyone who saw the incident is asked to call West Yorkshire Police on 101 quoting WYP-20190615-1931.
