Tributes to a "wonderful" dad who tragically died after a car crash in Motherwell have flooded in.
Kirills Kokorevs, 35, was involved in the crash on the A723 Carfin to Holytown Link road at around 5.45am last Tuesday (April 12).
The incident involved a black Mercedes car and a UPS heavy goods vehicle.
Heartbroken loved ones have now paid tribute to the dad-of-two, the Daily Record reports.
Vadim Krivcow said: "Our wonderful friend Kirill Kokorev has passed away.
"Not long ago we met and spent time together, laughed and played with our children, but yesterday he was tragically killed in a car accident.
"Kirill has two little kids, five and one year old, left.
"I don't know how to write correct speeches in such cases, so I'm asking for your help, friends. any help would be appreciated."

Vadim has now set up an account to raise money to help Kirills' family during this difficult time.
Kateryna Jarvie added: "RIP our friend.
"Only two weeks ago we had barbecue on your garden and was making plans for future. I can not believe you’re not here with us anymore
"My best friend lost her husband.
"She's got two amazing kids. If anyone can help to the family with any money please send it to this account.
"All money will be giving to Diana.
"Big hugs Diana Kokoreva wish I was there to hold your hand and cry together.
"You’re strong woman and you’ll be staying strong for your kids! My heart is with you."
Natasha Cvetikova added: "Condolences to the loved ones."
An appeal was launched following the incident, with officers asking for anyone who witnessed the incident to contact them.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: "We are appealing for information following a fatal crash on the A723 Carfin to Holytown link road, Motherwell.
"The incident happened around 5.45am on Tuesday, 12 April, and involved a black Mercedes car and a Brown UPS heavy goods vehicle.
"Emergency services attended and a 35-year-old man, the driver of the car, was declared dead at the scene.
Sergeant John Tait added: “Our thoughts are with the family of the man who has sadly died in this collision and our enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.
“We are appealing for information and I am asking anyone who may have been in the area at the time or who saw what happened or who has dash-cam footage that could assist with our investigation to get in touch.”
