According to a tribute paid by a friend, he was due to have a baby very soon, reports LincolnshireLive.

Loved ones have left tributes on social media after a JustGiving page was set up to help Harry's family.

In a tribute posted on a fundraising page set up by friend Luke Gowdy, Mr Gowdy said: "Harry Cheston, 23 years old.

He worked for Chesterfield-based subcontractor Melfort Construction Services Ltd.

Emergency services were called to the site at 10.48am on Thursday, January 9, but he could not be saved.

The Health and Safety Executive are investigating the incident.

In a statement posted shortly after his death, Lindum Group company secretary Herman Kok said: “We are extremely sad that an employee of one of our sub-contractors has lost his life following an incident on one of our construction sites earlier today.

"Our thoughts go out to his family, friends and colleagues at this awful time.

"We will be working closely with the HSE and emergency teams as they carry out their investigations into the tragic event and we will be supporting Lindum employees and other site personnel who have been affected."
