A GoFundMe campaign has also been set up to help Paul's family with funeral costs. Family friend Kerry, who set up the appeal, spoke to the ECHO to pay tribute to Paul.

She said: "Paul was the life and soul of the party. He was a big joker, he liked to have a good laugh with his friends and family. He loved going fishing and he was a big, big Liverpool fan."

Paul was a dad-of-two. His family are hoping to pay tribute to him in a manner related to his beloved LFC.
