Street Soccer NI has paid tribute to Jake Allely after the Northern Irish footballer died.
Jake, from Belfast, had been involved with the charity for the past five years and played at the Homeless World Cup in Mexico three years ago, Belfast Live reports.
Street Soccer NI posted a tribute on Facebook, describing the 20-year-old as a "popular player who got on with everybody".
It also plans to host a tournament in his memory.
The charity said: "Some really sad news as we hear of the passing of Street Soccer’s Jake Allely.
"A player who’s been involved with us over the last 5 years. Jake represented NI at the Homeless World Cup in Mexico in 2018. A popular player who got on with everybody.
"We made some great memories together. Gone way too soon.
"We will hold a tournament in his memory in the next few weeks. Here’s some photos to remember the good times with Jake."
Street Soccer NI is a charity that uses football to bring positive changes to people's lives.
It works with the disadvantaged groups of society such as the homeless, refugees, people with addictions, mental health issues and long term unemployed.
