Following this morning's round-up in which I highlighted the problem of compensation claims from employees (bogus ones anyway), a trawl through the usual small business suspects on the Web showed that a backlash may be happening. Website Newbusiness.co.uk had a story from the Forum of Private Business that suggests compensation culture is likely to bleed business dry.
The obvious riposte is 'well they would, wouldn't they' - but cases like the one this morning lead me to wonder whether there's an underlying trend. I'll keep you posted as similar issues crop up.
