Trent Alexander-Arnold names Arsenal and Liverpool goals among top goals of all time

Thierry Henry scored 360 career goals across 792 games and plenty of them were spectacular.

That mazy run in the North London Derby, the night in the Bernabéu, the backheel against Charlton but Arsenal's leading goalscorer saved some of his best for against Manchester United.

While Trent Alexander-Arnold is Liverpool through and through, he was left in doubt to the quality Henry possessed.

Highbury. The nonchalant flick up followed by a volley that will live forever in the minds of the Gunners faithful.

The Liverpool defender picked Henry's strike alongside Zinedine Zidane's iconic volley against Bayer Leverkusen in the Champions League final and Steven Gerrard's memorable hit from distance against Olympiacos in 2005.

Alexander-Arnold made sure to take note of the opposition and importance of the game when making his selections and while Henry's esteemed company might have been playing for European honours there was little like Arsenal vs Manchester United in the early 2000s.

Even Sir Alex Ferguson said "I couldn't believe it."
