Trent Alexander-Arnold makes Liverpool squad laugh in new lockdown video

The Liverpool squad might not be able to train together in person while in self-isolation amid the coronavirus pandemic, but they have found a new way to keep in touch.

On Tuesday morning, the club's official Twitter shared a 46-second clip of Jurgen Klopp and his players connecting via video link to take part in a yoga session from home.

The post read: "Checking in before the squad yoga session.

"At the moment, life is different in many ways. Keep in touch and stay active together with friends and family."

In the video the manager opens up with a friendly "Good morning" to his players who are readying themselves as Virgil van Dijk asks: "Where's Robbo though?"

The squad, who included captain Jordan Henderson, Joel Matip, Takumi Minamino, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, James Milner, Divock Origi, and Adam Lallana, also appeared to be waiting on Gini Wijnaldum.

Meanwhile, Trent Alexander-Arnold who was also taking part in the morning exercise made the group laugh as he said: "Yeah, it's a bit early this fellas."

To which Klopp quickly responded in comical fashion: "But he's on time!"

Assistant manager Pep Lijnders was also on the video call and looked to be leading the session.
