Travellers have set up an encampment on Colwick Country Park.
Community groups for the area have reported seeing travellers pitching up at the back of the Starting Gate pub, just off Daleside Road East, which leads to the loop road.
Nottingham City Council's Operational Response Team for community protection was made aware of the encampment on Tuesday August 4.
The team's Twitter account said: "We are aware and officers are attending now."
The city council today (August 5) added the "bailiff have served them notice to evict this afternoon."
