Travellers have pitched up on the Tesco Extra car park in Top Valley.
Supermarket bosses said five caravans pitched up at the site in Top Valley Drive on Thursday, May 31.
Pictures show the caravans have parked at the back of the car park, near Hucknall Road.
A Tesco spokesman said: “Five caravans parked in the car park of our Nottingham Top Valley store on Thursday afternoon.
"The local council have asked the owners of the caravans to move them on from our site. The store is open as normal.”
