Travellers pitch up in car park of Bramcote Leisure Centre

Travellers have illegally pitched up in a leisure centre car park.

They were seen at Bramcote Leisure Centre on Friday, September 20 and the local council is now in the process of having them removed.

The leisure centre is in Derby Road, Bramcote, just off the A52.

A spokesman for Broxtowe Borough Council, said: “We are aware of an unauthorised encampment on the car park at Bramcote Leisure Centre.

"We're taking the relevant legal action to remove the encampment as soon as we can.”
