A group of travellers were evicted from the land of a historic Wirral mansion after complaints from neighbours.
Camper vans, cars and caravans reportedly arrived at Andrew Gibson House, in Wallasey, around a week ago but have since been moved on.
Just days after the group arrived, the owners of the land started action to have the group removed.
On Wednesday, Prospect Capital confirmed they had secured the eviction following concerns from people living nearby.
Prospect Capital, who are leading plans for the redevelopment of Andrew Gibson House on the Mersey waterfront, secured the eviction, following a successful application by their lawyers Weightmans.
Prospect MD Craig Blackwell said: "“I would like to thank Karen Neald and her team for their highly efficient work in securing and executing the eviction order.
"I am relieved that they have moved on, and we will be maintaining enhanced security over the next few weeks to ensure there is no repeat visit.”
The Edwardian mansion, dating from 1906, is on private land so Wirral Council had no powers to take any action.
Earlier this week, a Wirral Council spokesperson said: "As it is private property, we have no jurisdiction there.
"The owners are in the process of taking the necessary action to move the visitors on.

"They are still waiting to get the enforcement notice issued for the travellers to vacate their land."
Andrew Gibson House, which looks out over the Egremont promenade, is well known to anyone familiar with the River Mersey coastline.
Originally constructed over a century ago for the widows of sailors and men lost at sea, it had lain derelict for a decade and was in "serious jeopardy."
The heritage house narrowly escaped demolition in 2015 and is still in a poor condition.
