A group of travellers have pitched up in Ayr.
They arrived in a fleet of cars and caravans last week and took up space at the former Strachan’s Used Car Sales yard on Waggon Road.
A spokesperson for South Ayrshire Council said: “We are aware that the landowner is taking legal action to remove the travellers.
“In the meantime council staff have visited the site and left bags to encourage the correct disposal of rubbish.”
