Travel firm offers Brits refunds if they don't enjoy their holiday during pandemic

The coronavirus pandemic isn't exactly making travel easy at the moment - but one travel firm has pulled out all the stops to reassure their holidaymakers.

Riviera Travel is promising that if you book a holiday with them during the pandemic, get there and decide you're not enjoying it or you feel uncomfortable, they will bring you home at no extra charge.

Oh, and they will even give you a full refund!

Holidaymakers can make use of the offer provided they get in touch with the firm by the second day of their holiday.

But that's not all - the company has a few more offers up their sleeve to give Brits some extra reassurance when booking.

If you book a holiday but decide that you don't want to travel, you can change your booking free of charge, so you can travel at a later date. (This includes if the pandemic is the direct reason that you're unable to travel).

That also applies even if you haven't paid your balance, as the brand says it will amend 'with no fees and no questions asked', until the 31st December 2020.

Oh, and if for some reason your holiday is cut short as a direct consequence of the pandemic and your insurance provider doesn't cover you, the company will compensate you for the proportion of your holiday that you missed out on.

You can find out more on the Riviera Travel website, along with the full terms and conditions for each offer.
